Wonderful
5/10 min walk from the tube station, 15min walk to Hyde park. I'd say well located. The hotel looks new, everything was well maintained. The staff was very profesionnal, helpful, and very polite.
One little negative point, was two towels covered with orange/brown stains, but they have been replaced as soon as we tell the staff.

Cheap and lovely but also a little shabby and lazy
Walls were a little dirty in places. No soap or shampoo in the shower dispensers
